4) Prix

Office Family can modify his price at any moment but engage into applying prices which will have been indicate to you at the moment of your order.

The prices shown on our websites are in Euros and delivery cost are not included. The minimum shipping amount for international is 20,00 Euros. Those shipping cost will change depending the weight of the products you will order. 

Any order made on our websites and shipped outside our home country could eventually be subject to taxes or custom duty in the destination country. Any taxes or custom duty will be at the charge of the customer and will depends from his own responsability. Office Family has no duty to verify or to inform the customers about those eventual taxes or custom duty.


5) KDO points

1 point = 0,02 euros

Every products has a value in KDO points. For each order you will pass on our website, those points will credited on your account. Those points can be use during the ordering process in order to get a discount. You can choose to use only a part of your points or the whe amount.

If you cancel your order, your KDO points will be automatically removed from your account.



6) Payment modes

By Credit Cards
No credit cards informations will be store on our website database. The credit card payment is perfectly secured and you will be redirect to the secured server of our bank Service to process to  the payment.

However, our website is also hosted on secured server.


7) Security

The payment will be done online With Normal credit card, Visa or Mastercard. The informations you will enter are crypted by the E-transaction system developped by the "Credit Agricole", and can't be read during their exportation on the bank network.

8) Property clause

The products will remain on the Office Family property until the complete payment of the order.   


9) Delivery delay

Delivery delay can be different from one product to another. Product can be shipped between 3 and 40 days depending the destination country.

Office Family will always do his best to deliver the goods in the shortest possible delay (indicate in the delivery delay page). However those delay are mention as information for customer, and a delivery which will happen over the indicated delay can't folllow up to any compensation, cancelation or damages claims of the order espacially for all events which are not from the Office family responsability.


10) Shipping Mode

Threw French Postal Service:
Poducts are shipped by the Colissimo service of the french postal service.

This service allow you to pick up your products in your post office, if you are not at home at the moment of the delivery. 

A package tracking service is also available (www.colissimo.fr) and will allow you to track your order thanks to a code that will provided to you by Mxshoponline.com, in the mail which is confirming you that your package has been sent.
Colissimo is a reliable service, but in case of any problem, contact us by mail or phone. We will get in touch with the postal service. 

Office family is not responsable of delayed delivery due to the shipping company fault, espacially in case  of a strike or a lost package.

11) Recieving of the goods

You must verify that the goods delivered in accordnace with the goods you order at the moment of the delivery and befor signing the delivery receipt. You must mention any problem by writing ad signing the receipt of the shipping company. 

And this verification is not done at this time, the shipping company will consider that everything was clear and any claims won't be possible
